What’s the difference between the Ghost Tour and History Tour?
The Ghost Tour focuses on Savannah’s paranormal phenomena, haunted locations, and true ghost stories. You’ll visit haunted sites, hear paranormal accounts, and explore Savannah’s spooky side. The History Tour emphasizes Savannah’s rich history, architecture, and the stories behind the city’s most famous landmarks and squares. Both tours are led by Patrick and offer authentic, engaging experiences.
How long are the tours?
Both the Ghost Tour and History Tour are approximately 1.5 hours. Private tours are typically 2 hours, but can be customized to your preferences. Tours include walking through Savannah’s historic district and may include stops at haunted pubs or historic locations.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. Savannah can be warm and humid, especially in summer, so light clothing is recommended. In cooler months, bring a jacket. Since tours include walking through historic streets and potentially muddy areas, avoid sandals or flip-flops.
Are the tours suitable for children?
The Ghost Tour contains some spooky content and may not be suitable for very young children. The History Tour is generally family-friendly and appropriate for all ages. Can I bring a camera or take photos?

Booking & Pricing Questions
How do I book a tour?
Booking is easy! Use our secure Amelia booking system on this website. Select your preferred tour type (Ghost Tour, History Tour, or Private Tour), choose your date and time, and complete the booking process. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
What are your prices?
Ghost Tour & History Tour: $39 per person. Private Tour: $299 for 1-6 people, plus $50 for each additional guest. All prices include the full tour experience with Patrick as your guide.
Do you offer group discounts?
For large groups, a private tour may be more cost-effective than booking multiple public tours. Contact us to discuss group rates and custom tour options for your specific needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Amelia booking system. Payment is processed at the time of booking.

A private tour is a customized Savannah experience designed specifically for your group. You choose the tour type (ghost stories, history, or a blend), the date, time, and pace. Private tours are perfect for families, corporate groups, special occasions, or anyone wanting a personalized experience.
